Over the weekend my son, Trevor gave me some beautiful Palisade peaches. I have eaten several and then this morning I decided to make jam with the rest of the peaches as they were very ripe. It was so good I have made a point of adding the peach jam to graham crackers for an afternoon snack.

The end of July into August I have a daily abundance of raspberries to pick off my full row of raspberries bushes.

Out of all the raspberries I begin to make my yummy jam. I make small jars as many of them I give away, because family and friends really like it. Isn't summer fun? Enjoy your harvest.
